Straws from top stallions remain popular!
Last night, the March Deals came to an end. Once again, there was a lot of interest in the straws of several top stallions on offer.
Chacco-Blue's straw was auctioned for €32,000, making it the most expensive lot of the evening! The second most expensive straw was that of Carthago and went under the hammer for € 19,000.
Most straws remain in the Netherlands and neighbouring countries, but there were also buyers from Spain, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom. The following straws, among others, achieved the top prices during this auction:
- 1 straw by Conthargos for € 3.775
- 1 straw by Casall ASK for € 3.550
- 1 straw by Chacoon Blue for € 2.450
- 1 straw of Emerald for € 1.975
- 1 straw by Uricas vd Kattevennen for € 1.925
- 1 straw by Catoki for € 1.425
Some embryos were also auctioned, with the highest bid going to the embryo Dominator x Azuela for € 9.000. For the Heartbreaker x Mademoiselle embryo, €6.750 was paid.
